We believe in fostering a vibrant, engaging environment where residents feel connected and valued. Some of the activities we organize include:

  • Weekly and Monthly Activity Plans based on the preferences and interests of our residents
  • Music Therapy (including karaoke sessions and instrumental performances)
  • Movie Screenings and TV program viewings in our in-house movie theater

We publish an activity schedule ahead of time and share memories from events with residents and their families.

We conduct daily vital checks only as per the requirement of the resident, which are recommended by our medical team. Residents with specific health needs (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) or those undergoing recovery may require more frequent monitoring, while other residents may not require daily checks.

We take pride in offering meals that cater to all dietary preferences, ensuring both variety and quality. To maintain the highest standards of food preparation and meet the specific needs of our residents:

  • Separate Cooking Areas: We have dedicated cooking areas for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food to prevent cross-contamination and cater to different dietary preferences.
  • Separate Serving Areas: To further ensure that all food requirements are met, we also have separate serving areas for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, allowing residents to enjoy their meals in a way that respects their dietary choices.
  • Variety in Meals: Our meals are designed to cater to a range of preferences, including spicy, non-spicy, low-salt, diabetic-friendly, and Jain options. Special requests are accommodated during illness or special occasions, and elaborate buffets are served during festivals.

We offer a community dining experience where meals are prepared with a variety of options, but specific requests are generally only catered to in special circumstances, such as during an illness or a significant celebration. We also make it easy to order food from trusted services like Zomato, Swiggy, and Uber Eats when needed.

Our pricing is based on the following factors:

  • Level of Care Required: The care needs of each resident are assessed by our medical team during the application process. Residents who need Independent Living may pay less compared to those requiring Assisted Living or Nursing Care.
  • Duration of Stay: We offer flexibility in terms of short-term (less than 12 months) or long-term (more than 12 months) stays. The pricing may vary depending on the length of stay.
  • Type of Occupancy: Pricing also depends on the room size and whether it is single occupancy, double occupancy, or twin sharing.

The final price will be confirmed after our medical team conducts an assessment and determines the appropriate care plan.

As residents' needs evolve, particularly when transitioning from Independent Living to Assisted Living or Advanced Care, the care ratio (number of attendants per resident) increases. This may impact the pricing, which will be adjusted based on the level of care and support required at any given time.

We maintain an open-door visitor policy while prioritizing the privacy and comfort of all residents:

  • Visiting Hours: Family members and friends are welcome to visit between 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM with prior written permission to ensure the safety of residents.
  • Visitor Lounge: We encourage visits in the designated visitor lounges to ensure minimal disruption to daily routines.

Guests are also welcome to take their loved ones outside for short visits and outings as long as it is coordinated with our staff.

  • Personal purchases (e.g., toiletries, transportation)

Expenses are logged and monitored, and the fund is replenished as needed. Residents or their families are informed about any outstanding balance.

The deposit is refundable upon move-out, minus any applicable deductions.
